The Joys of Decision Making.

You know, I wasn't going to blog until Tuesday but I couldn't help it. I've had a lot on and a lot to think about recently. I've been trying to think of more blog posts that have more substance rather than me just rambling on about everyday things. But I have been hovering close to ranting territory later, haven't I?

So, yeah, so far we have the writings of myself and others on a Tuesday, the fucking attempt at poetry Wednesdays. Then on Friday, I will post my top fifteen song chart of the week and a round-up of film and T.v stuff. I'll also have one day to share recent goings on. So that's four posts a week, with (hopefully) minimal complaining about humanity.

Oh, I got my first review for Maybe, Misery! It was okay... It got 4 out of 5 stars on Amazon UK. I was a little disappointed by that eluding fifth star to be honest. However it was unbiased so I guess it's kind of good.

The last time I posted I was speaking about whether I'm going to write any more (books). Well I was at work last night and I was talking to the lovely woman who I've mentioned before. We'll call her Sally (i) from now on. She said in a manner of speaking, that it would be stupid for me not to write any more. Explaining that if I love it then why not? Sally (i) has a good point. She also explained that if doing something I love, requires me to work in a job surrounded by stupid managers then I should just get on with it.

Then she went on to say that I had a talent, it's safe to say I went all secretly shy.

So what I'm going to do is take a short break (if I allow myself) and get back to the gym more. It'll be no longer than two weeks. Then I'm going to work simultaneously on Maybe, Misery 2 (The Talon Strand) and Nova, the latter of which will be a short story available for free download.

Oh yeah, the short story I have been working on with Nav Logan, Bryan Thomas and A.K Michaels is going smoothly. We've just reached 1000 words, submitting 100 words each in turn. It's a great exercise in improvising and it's been a pleasure working with them all. To me, it's like working with celebrities so I always feel constantly out of my depth. Because if you think about, they are someone's favourite authors.

Anyway troubles, if you don't hear from me until Tuesday, enjoy Monday the best you can.

Much love,

C.S
